My neighbours have on two occasions hired vehicles from LVS, one to go to Scotland and the other to the North East. It was on their recommendation that I decided to use them. I cannot understand why anyone could fail to leave a positive review of LVS. I found that provided you ask all the right questions, advised them of the purpose it was to be used, they will go out of their way to provide a vehicle suitable for your needs. At the end of the day as a person hiring a vehicle I have as much responsibility to that vehicle as if it was my own personal property and therefore would treat it with the respect it deserves. I hired a van on behalf of St Anne's in Bloom to assist us with the collection of Christmas Trees across the borough over the weekend. I was not expecting a high spec vehicle but something that would allow us to collect the trees, in fact I was very worried about the damage the trees might do to it. Thankfully LVS were able to provide a vehicle that was used for removing garden rubbish and ticked all the boxes for us. It was extremely robust, easy to drive and versatile which took away a lot of the worry I had. We had a 'duty of care' to the vehicle and as such it was thoroughly cleaned when I took it back and in the same condition in which we hired it. I would have no hesitation in going to LVS for a vehicle and would give an extremely high recommendation to anyone thinking of hiring one of their vehicles.
